@Alexis Riveron This insight is very helpful, since we did not have much for Lehigh across BP. Can you please expand on your statement little bit, like Property type, age of the property, location and ~rents? Thanks for your help!!

@Zach Lemaster This is real good piece of info. Thanks for sending it out! I will circle with my RTR Rep.

@Zach Lemaster Thanks for clarifying on lot of points here about the Cape Coral New Builds, it definitely helps! Can you please share the recent appraisals for the RTR NBs? Also, what about the Special assessments mentioned on this thread - are those included in the price RTR quotes? Thanks again!

@Trevor Fleck I would like to take up your offer to discuss about RTR's New Constructions in Cape Coral and I have sent you a Connection request :)

Where can I find REI minded Denver CPA suggestions? Cannot find it in BiggerPockets Network section.

'If' I have the opportunity to work remotely for a year, can I buy a Primary residence in Hawaii with a future goal of turning it into a Vacation home and/or STR? Why/why not?

We often hear that Tax benefits as an advantage compared to other forms of Investments. I am starting out with an SFH and a Townhome. I am looking to educate myself with tax deductions/strategies and leverage the ones applicable to me for maximum returns on my REIs. Can you suggest a comprehensive starting point for me? It can be a book or a blog or any other source. Thanks in advance!
