 Correction: She does property management for me.

I have been using a VA from a company called cyberbacker. I have been really happy with my VA. She is very smart and is able to wear multiple hats. She doesn't property management for me and also is my transaction co-ordinator.

Just to add on to this question, do you have a company/contractor you have worked with who is very reasonable?

I am planning on going all electric on my building in Berkeley, California. Getting some great rebates from the city. Does anyone have experience with that? Please share your experience with the process.
