not much to report today. Talked to a Howard Hanna manager. He said to call AAA and see if they can tell me if the title is retired. If it was retired then I'm good to go. When I called AAA they said why would you want a retired title when you want to sell it? The Howard Hanna manager told me that when I bought the property the house was an attachment so I partially own it right now and that I just need to transfer the title. AAA said they have to have the physical title in order to do the transfer.

the listing was for the house and property. I talked to the foreclosing Bank and they we're surprised that it was sold as just land. My real estate agent said the bid was put in for a house on a plot of land.

I bought it in a foreclosure auction.  The owner has abandoned the house for at least 2 years. I found the original owner with some internet searches then found him on Facebook and reached out today. No response yet...

Thank you all for your help on this. It prompted me to put a call in with a lawyer to discuss. Hopefully there is an error. The title company used was horrible.  I had to babysit them the whole process.

Just bought a modular home in PA. After the sale, I found out that the land was transferrd to me but the title of the home is still in the original owners name. I found the title and owners name but he is not responding. What do I do??

I found a great deal in Boardman Ohio and need to find a contractor to do some work on a flip. Any advice on where I should begin my search and how to do it?
