I’m new to investing and new to the site. I’m trying to learn as much as I can before I make my first purchase. One question I have is I’m a seasonal construction worker, I travel away from home when I am working and I don’t get to come home usually for about 6-9 months at a time. When we bought our house that we live in now I was unemployed and it was a huge ordeal to get a loan, after several months we were finally approved, but we don’t want to go through that again. Does anyone have any advice on getting a loan while unemployed?
