Ok thanks, I currently have 5 SFR's and a 8 plex under contract to close at the end of this month. I would like to setup a meeting and see if we could share our resources.

I have 2 4 plexes under contract and both buildings have the same address. Do I value them based off the Income or Sales comp? The 4 plexes are set up like townhomes. The agent said the unIts can be sold individually as well.

I currently owns 4 Sfr’s and I’m looking to scale ASAP. I got a call from a Investor looking to sell 15 sfr’s. I typically shoot for 20% minuim in equity on my rental properties. I would like to get some feedback from some of the experience investors that’s bought properties from other investors.

@Omar Khan I bought all the properties using a rehab loan from the bank using 20 year amortization 5year arm. The only concern I have with conventional is I have to put them in my personal name and debt to income.
