Good luck on your RE0 deals. You may want to share your deal numbers in the deal analysis forum as well. In the beginning it is not uncommon to neglect considering all of the costs of owning RE.

Welcome to BP Nation Aaron. While I agree that there is much info already on the site, I don't agree that just reading is your best bet. Asking questions, even if they have been asked before gets new answers from other members and different prospectives. It also allows you to make yourself known to a larger mass of members with whom you may do business with some day or just get advice from, either in a thread or a direct PM or email.

So, stay active here, both reading and posting and watch how your RE biz takes off! Happy Investing! :D

There is no reason to even post any of the topics that a newbie like me is dealing with, since someone has already been there and posted what you were thinking...

I was up till 2am, just looking at everything this site has to offer.

Found this site and thought I would say hi.

My step-father talked me into working with him. After he sold he place, he really wanted to something with the money other then throwing it in the bank and making nothing on it.

We both have been in sales and think we are fortunate to be able to come in the game with a good chunk of change. We both have been making offers on REO's within our area (just waiting to hear back on some of them).

Just want to say hi and have already got a ton of info off this site (reading threads for the past 2 hours).
