I would suggest Ohio or Indiana. We are in both of those markets for fix and flips & buy and holds. Reach out if you are looking for more info. We also have a mixer for Canadians investing in the US on April 4th, 2024 come out and meet some like minded individuals.

I’m also from Toronto. We work with a team of investors. We have property from Chatham to Oshawa.
We’ve realized that it’s very difficult to find great deals in Southern Ontario. So we do a lot of our investing in the states. The one draw back it’s harder to get financing as Canadians. But we are able to buy 3-4 houses in cash instead on putting a downpayment on a house in Toronto.
We are active in Cleveland and in Gary Indiana. Reach out if you want to talk.
