@Ayodeji Kuponiyi Thank you for the insight. I have definitely been doing my best on reading blogs and guides, listening to podcasts, and I am going to listen in on a webinar today about using duplexes and triplexes. Would you have any audio books or actual hard copy books to suggest?

My name is Quenton and I have recently made the move to The Woodlands/Houston, TX. I have an active full time job outside of real estate, but am interested in getting into this market. After reading the beginners guide, forums, blogs, and guides. I have become very interested in using the house hacking strategy on multi-family homes for those starting out like myself.

I look forward to hearing back from other BP members in the area and starting my networking foundation as I begin this new exciting adventure.

GOAL: To develop supplemental income while reducing my monthly expenses.
