Hi guys I have saved 20 thousand dollars. I would like to rehab a property in the ATL metro area or right outside of it. Do you guys have any advice and any trusted hard money lenders ?

Hello everyone . I just recently lost my job. I really would like to learn all I can from a seasoned wholesaler or investor in the atlanta area. I have a lot of free time to shadow. My goal is to complete my first wholesale deal within 3 months
