If you have extra cash worth trying thumbtack and listing your info there so that folks can reach out in your area :)

Has anyone used Jurny the new AI PMS tool?  If so what’s been your experience so far? Does it integrate well with other platforms? (airbnb, google vacation, booking, vrbo,etc). 

For those who are managing Airbnb properties, what insurance have you or your landlord used to insure golf carts at a property?  Location is in parleys island. 

Also, how do you handle the signing of waivers outside of the Airbnb platform?
