I live the Tampa Bay Florida area and I've been looking at this site and I wanted to know if my fellow colleges have any advise when it comes to using these leads for wholesaling, holding or flipping?

Has anyone used this site for commercial property for holding or flipping?

If you have any suggestions It would greatly be appreciated? I'm just starting out and I wanted to know if this was a great goldmine of a source, to what degree and the best methods that have been used for the sellers. 

Do you have some advise?

My interest right now is wholesale, but I'm not sure if I need a Florida real estate or any real estate license to start in that part of the investment. Is that a good place to start with as a new investor?

Hello everyone, it is good to be here. A little background about myself, I used to live in PA & NJ, still have family and friends. I now live in Florida Tampa Bay area. Love the sun and true mild winter vs. snow and bitter cold. 

The reason why I have decided on being a real estate investor is because I was waiting for the right time for me. My children are grown now and I have more free time to devote to a dream of mine. I realize that I have a passion to build. I'm not an architect of erecting a building, but mentally; I take an idea and work it to my reality. If that makes sense. I always knew that real estate is what I wanted to do, I just didn't know how I was going to begin. Last year, an associate gave me this website and here I am. So, once again HELLO out there investment land, it is truly nice to be here.
