I am new in the real estate investing are. I would like to buy invest property in Orange County or any neighboring counties. How do I get the leads from wholesalers, the inventory on market in very low.

What are prospects for STR in Long Beach? I am a newbie in STR and looking for any advice from anyone who has experience in this area. Are Long Beach city regulations STR friendly? Is Seal beach or Manhattan beach a Better option for STR?
