I appreciate everyone and their input. Definitely opened my eyes to many options. I did not know I can use my VA loan benefit more than once. What are the limitations of the VA loan?

Greetings BP Community,
I purchased a duplex with a VA loan in the beginning of this year. I am currently renting one unit while I live in the other one. I have a W-2 job, what are strategies or options that I can use to invest more aggressively since I am just starting out to grow my real estate portfolio?
