Hi.I will give a second mortgage up to 50%.I had 19 units,now I have 12 left.The location is in the growing Decatur Illinois,It's more and more jobs available,The average rent will be 550 a month.we're talking about 12 individual homes,with a great management company.i'm asking for 48,000 a piece,I'm willing to hold up to 50%Second mortgage.if I will not need to hold 50% obviously you will get the discount.sincerely

if one of you guys have a hotel/motel,I will like to lease it with an option to buy.I would like to start with a quite small to medium-size.it does not have to be in a perfect condition. Rafael Gortler

I have 12 doors /units to sell in Illinois.I am willing to hold first or second mortgage,there is a management company in place,The cap is quite high, The average price per unit is 39.8 thousand.average Rent above 500,most units utilities paid by the renter. I am selling 19 units,in Illinois,(South of Chicago)and I will hold the second mortgage up to 50% for the buyer,it is 19 individual homes with a good management company in place.basically you don't even have to be there,The Cap is good.Second mortgage terms are,60 months 4 1/2%.each unit is $48,000. In order to get this,all you need to do is to come up with a first mortgage of 50%, I will take care of the rest. Zero down,that is what I am offering you. Take this chance quickly and get to reach.

Hi :) I will give up to 50% second mortgage as owner financing,all you need is to Come up with 50% first mortgage(quite easy form any lender.(basically I'm helping you to do zero down deal) I have good management in place
