Hello Rafael and welcome to BP and the world of real estate investing!

The main piece of advice I like to give new investors is this, don't get stuck in analysis paralysis.  This is where I see so many people get caught up and are never able to actually pull the trigger on an investment property.  Be ready financially and educate yourself thoroughly, then just do it.  I know I'm oversimplifying, but that's the basic formula.  I'm in Jax as well, let me know if I can help.  Good luck!

 Hello Ken,
.    Great piece of advice! Hopefully I could a good investment property within a month or two. I'll send you a connection request.

Thank you

Hi Rafael, not sure which markets you are in but I'm a newer investor myself invest mainly in midwest markets. I currently have 9 doors across Memphis and Detroit. Many midwest markets still have a rent to price ratios that cash flow so thats why I keep buying there. Would be happy to share about my experience and connect if you are interested.

Thanks Joseph for  response and congratulations on your achievements. I will be more than happy to connect with your for advices. For now, I think I would focus on Jacksonville market area and expand later on.

Hi BP Family,

I am from Jacksonville,FL.My wife and I are new to real estate investing and currently seeking for our first rental property investment, preferable a multi-family home. We both have W2’s jobs for now as we growth our real estate portfolio. We are excited about this new journey and connecting other members of this group.Hopefully we could connect with someone who could be a mentor for us. I've been watching a lot of BP videos and trying to educate myself on real estate business.

Any advice or recommendation is welcome and appreciated.
