Hello group,

I am closing on my second property next Tuesday 28th of June.

I’m purchasing a duplex on the south side of chicago. I would like to replace the old fuse panels with new electric panels, riser, and meters.

Suggestion for certified electricians would be greatly appreciated.

@Nathan G. Great perspective, asking for health statues sounds like a challenging task.

@Justin R. This is the best of both worlds. Great answer and I would like to emphasize. If you purchase a duplex with an owner occupied loan this isn’t your forever home. On par of most owner occupied loans you only have to stay there for a year. Move out, cash flow, hopefully experience that appreciation you mentioned.

@Nathan G. Correct if you have traditional sized windows Walmart has excellent blinds that come in several shades. If you have larger window I would recommend a Home Depot for more options.
