Hello,

I own six apartment buildings in Ontario. 5 of them are in Thunder Bay, and 1 in Windsor. I've decided to sell all these buildings. I just lowered the prices, and there's been some action but not a great deal. Which is strange since the prices are already so low. Starting at just $40k per door.

I have two of the buildings in Tbay listed on the ICX, to get more exposure, but I'm still trying to figure out other ways to get these buildings sold. Can anyone give me any ideas how I can quickly liquidate these buildings? If you'd like to look at them you can check my sig file or google: msh investments inc and you'll find the link to them off the index page.

There excellent properties but I just have decided to look at an early retirement. If you can provide any suggestions as to what would be a quick way to sell them definitely contact me. Thank you.

I think it could help. Because if the house is vacant then the buyer might try to lowball you.

Hello,

I'm looking for a PPC search engine consultant to optimize my campaigns. Or, alternatively if you know of any really good "do it yourself" courses on how to set them up, that may be another option I could do. I have campaigns though already. I just need an expert to come in and optimize them.

I know they created laws to block fax spam, so maybe cel phones could get some similar laws set up.

the people that actually know their stuff rarely get voted in. It's the one's with the biggest connections and biggest pockets that get voted in.

Strange that you should ask that. I lived near powerlines which backed my house back in 2004. I started getting strange spots on my back. Then I moved and they went away. Then recently I moved into a house that again backs onto powerlines and again I got those same spots. So that got me thinking "maybe it's the powerlines". So I was thinking of maybe asking neighbors if they have any similar symptoms but not sure how to approach it.
