Great Rajesh, we have recently secured a new venue at Venture X Dallas by the Galleria. We've also adjusted our timing to better accommodate our attendees, now from 5:30 to 7:30 PM.

Looking for some advise...

I have few fully paid SFH rentals which are built between 2000 and 2005. I will start loosing house depreciation advantage after 2027. What are the best options i have to counter this?

I am thinking to switch to multi-family homes but house prices are too high these days and does not make sense to sell SFH now. Any other option which i should explore?
