Thanks @Neil Narayan   We are tracking this development for the past two years.  It is finally good to hear some progress.  I am curious if anyone knows how long Mueller area took from conception to completion.  I am trying to draw parallels to colony park area timeline.

Thank you all for the inputs specifically the input that the loan will be expensive for 5+ units. @Alex G. Thanks for the links to check for zoning.  This fourplex is zoned as MF-3.  Given the inputs, I am leaning towards a storage perhaps.

Hello, I am out of state investor and recently bought a fourplex with a large backyard (Lot size 10k sq ft). There is enough space to include a separate unit in the backyard.  I am looking for advise on steps I can take to find out if it is possible to include a 5th unit in the backyard.  There is already a structure there that was used for storage I believe with foundation.  Does anybody know if it is even possible to do that?

I have been looking to buy duplex / fourplex in the Austin market.  I need some information on who is buying the duplexes.  I assume the fourplex is usually bought by investors.  For duplexes, are buyers "mostly" investors or individual/families (with live in one and rent the other unit )?

Hello, I am looking to buy fourplex or duplex in the Austin market.  We are looking for investor friendly real estate agents who can also help guide with contractors.  I am not local to Austin but actively looking in this market.

Thank you

Raj
