Gordon said it right, usually garages have the main electrical panel, no it will not be easy, every project that you want to be done perfectly will not be easy. good things will require things to be done the longer but righter way.

Good luck to you! post an update to what happened to this.

It all depends on your needs, and not all realtors are bad, just try and fix meetings with different ones and decide if you wan to sign with one. and no it is not a must to sign with them.

Everything from the type of soil, cement, construction materials, and anything related to renovating will be relevant. It is important that you will not miss any important factor. Renovating a house is really messy but if you get the right contractor it would definitely take the burden off.

Renovations also take a lot of time, and that is why I am advising you to stay calm during the process a lot of things will really bother you and annoy you. so another thing is you should know how to stay calm and patient.

Hi,

If you are looking to save money and also a solution to leaking, i would suggest to reinstall roofing with modified bitumen, it will make your space more elegant and attractive, This option is not so long lasting, but is costs less & In terms of durability i would prefer you to go for EPDM method for re-installing roofing.

Here are few ideas that can make made your walls look stylish and stunning

1. Add a coat of paint- A popular method for covering up wood panelling is painting it, this will quickly brighten up a space and will give the boards a cute cottage vibe.

2. Obscure it with shelving- You can Built-in bookcases to steal the focus, while stylish accessories turn the panels into a decorative backdrop.

3. Lighten up with art- If you want keep the wooden color for a rustic room, but don't want the space to feel too dark or dated, use your accessories wisely: A small gallery wall and a large, show-stopping mirror can gladly take the attention away from the deeply stained wood.

4. Cover with curtains- When you can't beat it, just throw long drapes over it so you don't have to look at it.

Hi Leandro

Both the options have their own pros and cons and also both are used extensively these day. EPDM is long lasting, easy to install but comes in Black and white option only whereas GAF self-adhesive Modified Bitumen option has more elegant and attractive way as it comes in different colours. in terms of durability i would prefer EPDM method. Whereas, if you looking to save money and more aesthetic roofing option you can opt for modified bitumen roofing.
