Happy Friday everyone.

Excited to keep learning and meeting new people through these forums and I dive into REI. For the hard money lenders out there, i'd love to network and understand your vetting process when investors come to you with a property they want to rehab. I know there's nuances from lender to lender, but high level, it would be great to know. Especially since the best deals from what i've seen, are gone within a few days if lucky.

Hi Everyone!

First off, im beyond excited to be here and be part of the Bigger Pockets community. My name is Rami and I came across the Bigger Pockets podcast through a good friend/realtor of mine. The more episodes and YT videos i listen to, the more excited I get. I also get a little ancy because I want to jump right in but also be intentional about it. Everyone talks about getting into REI, few do it and do it well. I feel that anyone in this community is setting themselves up to be part of the latter.

Anyways, I'm in Philly and looking to get skin in the game in 2023. I would love to connect with anyone that's interested in making a new friend here. My goal is definitely cashflow early on, but i want to use that "energy" as David Greene says, to invest into multi-family properties and possibly medium-term down the road. If anyone has suggestions on meetups in the Greater Philly/South Jersey area, i'm all ears!
