You should ask if they're using WordPress to build the website and if they build it responsive (mobile and tablet friendly).

I would highly recommend you to use Wordpress. It's free. => https://wordpress.org
You just pay for hosting.
You can add an insane amount of different "plugins" that are like apps that add extra features and functionalities to your website... And most of them are either free or just one-time payment.
For directing leads, I use InstaBuilder. It's a Wordpress plugin that creates funnels quick and easy (kinda like ClickFunnels) for the fraction of the cost of ClickFunnels.

@Michael McKay the cost per lead and CTR varies drastically from one case to another because each geographic area is totally different.
It depends on the area a lot, the branding, the situation of the market, etc... I think I would be misleading you and myself if I tried to get an average number.
That's why is so important to test each situation.
And that's why I offer a free 7-day "testing" trial so I can get the exact numbers for each specific situation, so then scaling the business just becomes a numbers game.

@Sean Dolan the 'likely to move' people does NOT include real estate agents or brokers. But if you want to make sure, you can exclude them from the targeting.
I took 2 screenshots comparing the number of people targeted when I exclude agents and brokers and the number doesn't change (but you can exclude them to make sure, if you want).
I agree it's important to get results with this kind of advertising.
One of my clients gave me permission to share her success story... I got 5 clients in a little over a week of advertising 'likely to move' people in her particular zip code.
They've gotten me good results every time I advertise to them, and now I'm advertising to this exact target audience in Fresno and Clovis, CA... So I'll share the results!
