Which MSA/market/sub-markets you work? You said, “this area” or “the entire state “.

Awesome info Chris! Thank you sir!
I'm not a developer or trained in this area, but perhaps I can find a source that has aggregated market information. Does anyon know of any such resource?

Hi, I'm a BP PRO member and I don't see 'Insights' listed among the BP Pro Tools. Can someone provide me a link to INSIGHTS or some simple directions, please?
Thanks!

Taylor L. - You briefly mentioned narrowing the search from states to cities and differing between good and bad markets, analyzing economic indicators and landlord-tenant laws... But can you provide the sites and sources where we can begin looking and do our research (besides bls.gov, FRED and the census.gov websites)?
Thanks!
Randy

Thanks guys! Are there any sites that would show job growth, rent growth, vacancy rates, and other KPIs for markets on a nation-wide basis?

Do you know of any data sources (paid or free) that would provide nation-wide insights into primary markets/MSAs AND secondary/suburban markets?
I'd like to find sites & sources that show population growth, job growth & economic factors (such as large companies moving in or local industry growth), appreciation, cash flow/rent-to-price data, etc.
Any websites, reports or other sources you can share?
Thanks!
Randy

I am trying to compile market data and I’m wondering if anybody knows good sources where I can find rent to price ratios nationally?
I’m looking for lists already compiled, not just a site where I can investigate each city myself.

I'm in the greater Seattle area, and I am a failure as well as small multi family REI (4-40 units).
