Post: Selling on the MLS or off market?

I am a wholesaler but because the market is so hot in the greater Seattle area, I'm planning on selling my house in the next couple of months for the maximum net profit.

My daughter is a local realtor, so I will use her if I list it on the MLS or I will entertain full price off market offers.

Does anyone have experience doing this RECENTLY?  How did it go for you?  Any advice?

Thanks!

I used HighLevel CRM for about one month and was really impressed with it.  Thinking about using it for my wholesaling business going forward.

Does anybody have experience with it?  Any words of wisdom or details on what it's good at or doesn't do well, compared to other CRMs and marketing/messaging/emailing/dialing platforms?

Thanks!

Hey BPeople,

My son lives in Indiana and he has been learning and saving to purchase his first investment property in the next few months. Myself and two other local (Washington state) investors are interested in partnering on deals with him in the high cash-flow area that he lives in. We are most interested in small multi-family residences to rehab and hold as cash-flowing rentals. However, we are not sure what the best way to partner on deals like this is.

 He is interested in house-hacking if it is conducive to a partnership strategy, but mostly we just want everything to be fair and equitable for all involved. How would you structure a deal consisting of 2-4 investors, one being local to the "farming" area and the others living out of state? Thanks all!

@Matt Mclelland

Matt, I am having the exact same disappointing experience as these other guys. But I am going to DM you and will publish the results of that as well.

Thanks Yonah. I watched a couple of your YouTube podcasts/interviews and also talked with my CFP/tax preparer who is a REIA member here in WA state. My opinion at this point, since all I have is one 4-plex (not commercial), it wouldn't make sense to spend the money for a cost segregation report. For only one multifamily residential property, my CPA feels like he can do the job without a formal report. Your opinion?
