I’m looking for an opportunity to work and invest in an RV park
I’m in Western WI near MN but I’m
Thinking about warmer areas.
I have been through a large multi family rehab. I have maintained over 200 apartments. I have managed a 50
Unit apartment complex in the Williston oil patch. But I have never worked a park. Have lived in a few mobile home parks and wouldn’t mind getting in to rehabbing some of those either.
I really like nature and the idea of living minimally. In an rv.
I’m currently a truck driver and would likely be selling my
Truck to raise money for investing if need be. I’d like to keep my house in WI for rental income.
Just trying to feel out how I could get into or partner with someone on a few flips maybe to build up my
Cash. Then go in on a buy
And hold. Then go on My own.
I’m a trucker and kind of a gypsy I don’t mind moving around from
Place to place and seeing new things.
Anyone working on something they need constant supervision and hands on management?

Randy Olson is my name.
I have been in RE and construction since the 90's.
I have been a building inspector and home inspector in the past as well as an apartment maintenance and management person.
I am currently driving semi around the eastern part of the country delivering custom high end garage doors. I get into some very upscale areas.
I am currently "hacking" I believe they call it, a triplex in Western WI. I am updating and repairing as I live in a unit. Once that is complete I hope to move on and get into another multi or possibly convert something to a multi.
My head has been out of the game for awhile. Had some risk aversion. But now I am hoping to again use my past construction experiences to get into investing.
I learned of Bigger Pockets while looking for podcasts to listen to while driving the long hours up and down the east coast. Hope to get into some deals soon.
