@Paul Kennedy Thank you very much for your recommendations and the reasons you recommended them. I've used the Google Voice in the past when it first came out in some video and other local marketing campaigns. While free it is somewhat limited or was the last time I used it but will revisit it. I'll also look at your other two recommendations as well. Thank you again Paul for taking the time to help me with what you know.

@Marcus Maloney thank you for your response and recommendation. I saw a reference to Podio just last night but was too tired to fully check it out but realized I need to see this as well as some comparable products and services to make the best decision for me and my business. If I decide to go with Podio I'll let you know and thank you again for recommending it.

@Guy Olds thank you for responding to my request for help in this matter. I'm currently in process of finding out who the current owners are and then I'm moving forward with the wholesaling  process. This will be my first so I'm anxious to see how I can help these people. Thank you again for your help.

Hello everyone! I am looking for the best way to set up my communications systems and the best vendor. What I need/want is a separate number for motivated sellers to call on, one for my buyers to call on, and one for other investors to call on. Ideally it would be set up so when my phone rings I can see the number and recognize immediately that it is a seller calling even before I answer, or that it's a buyer, etc. I would be able to answer in the moment but if I choose it could go to voice mail for me to call back if I'm busy at the time the call comes in. It can have other features of course but I want it set up this way so when I send out postcards, online ads, biz cards, etc. I can print each with their respective number to keep them separate and identifiable but also so when the call hits my phone I know it is REI related. I always have calls coming in and I only answer numbers I am familiar with because apparently I'm on every telemarketers list about everything I have no interest in and they are time wasters so I no longer waste time answering when I don't know the caller or what it may be referencing.

If anyone can help with ideas or vendors I sure would appreciate your help. Thank you!

@Nate Hawkins

I like your way of seeing things. I am working on getting the name and number of the new owners. They are textbook out of staters.

Hello everyone! I'm new to REI and have been trying to learn what is available in REI other than landlording since I grew up working with my dad on properties he was renting and I know all the headaches that go with that. I decided for a number of reasons to start with wholesaling. I am in a unique position where I see a lot of vacant houses in a year so I see opportunity.

Here is my question: I asked about a vacant house and found out it belonged to someone who is deceased and owners are out of state (possibly motivated sellers) so this is Probate. I have been looking at Priority Probate System by Rob Swanson and it looks like I should have been studying this, learning probate lingo, laws, etc. and building my success team of Probate Attorney, Real Estate Agent, and Title Company already before opening my mouth about being an investor. Since this SEEMS like it could be time consuming and with passing time I could lose a possible deal so I thought ... is it possible to wholesale a probate deal to someone who is already in position to do a probate deal? Can anyone advise me on can I get the property under contract and assign the contract to another investor as I would on other deals that aren't probate deals?

Thank you!
