Hello, I'm new to REI. I recently purchased the Wholesaling Inc course and I like it. The course says I can make a deal in 90 days, which I believe. But 90 days is too long for me. I need to make a deal in 30 days. Any type of deal, I don't care if I only make $1. I just need to get my feet wet. I'm looking to network with other Real estate investors and wholesalers in Miami, FL. Please feel free to reach out. Let's help each other out and let's get closer to financial freedom together.

I am looking to network with an independent investor/wholesale friendly real estate attorney in Miami, who is familiar with closing assignment of contract, lease options, and “Subject To” deals. And also a wholesaling friendly title company in Miami, FL who can do a double closing, if needed.

Thank you for your wisdom. I will definitely start reading that book. What is your opinion on wholesaling courses ? I’m inclined to purchase ‘Wholesaling Inc’ course for $5,500. Some reasons are to shortened the learning curve and also to have some sort of mentorship to guide me through the process.

Thank you Barry. It makes sense, has to be a motivated seller to get the property at a discount attractive enough to peak an investors interest. As I’m fairly new to RE investing, what advice can you give me to get started and really get my feet wet in wholesaling ?

Hello, I'm starting as a Bird Dog/Wholesaler in Miami. I see FSBO signs in my neighborhood. How can I know whether the property is a good opportunity for a RE Investor ? Should I call the owner of the property and get more information.
