I belong to the CTreai in Ct.
Every meeting has a "guru speaker."

Normally the attendance is 100 or more people.

At the meetings, they allow time to network, they have a question and answer period before the meeting starts.

I go to the meetings to network with other investors.

I don't own any property in Bridgeport, Ct.

I do know, that the taxes in that city are extremely high.

My single family taxes in Wallingford, Ct., are about $3700 per year, in Bridgeport, Ct., they would be over $7000.

I would not walk at night, in some of the areas in Bridgeport, Ct.

I hope that a Bridgeport property owner, will give you some more information.

I live in Wallingford, Ct.

I work Part-time for a Limousine Service.

Some of the slowest months in a Limo business, are January and February.
The reason is, people do NOT want to deal with the weather.
Canceled flights, missed connections, delays, etc.

As a daily visitor to this site, I know that a lot of people live in areas, where the weather could cause problems with travel to the Denver area.

I just looked at the month of February in the Denver Area, and the temperatures are from 17-49.
