You hear about it happening all the time.  If your going to play in the deep end of the pool make sure you know how to swim!!!!!!!!!

Hi Matt. You have a couple choices one would be the air test if your lender will accept it. The other is to pay to have the water turned on yourself and turned off at the conclusion of the test if HUBZU will allow that. That's been my experience anyway.

Hey John with just glancing at those numbers to make it a good solid deal the highest purchase price supported by those numbers is about 429k give or take.
