 Hello BP Fam...

So I have a property I purchased that I now want to sell. I could only get about 85% of the repairs done and don't have the money to complete the project and I really would like to be done with it. Unfortunately the main thing that needs attention is the roof. I know it wont pass inspection so I would need a cash buyer, right? Meaning it would be best to have a wholesalers help? I just don't know what to do.

My fiancé is considering getting her real estate license to benefit the cause and we would really like to get a head start on our learning before getting into any classes or taking any exams. So im just about to close on a deal that I was able to make with a hard money lender. The numbers seem right and the lender seems fair and leinent. We have a 2 yr loan agreement amortized over 10 yrs. The capital really isnt hurting our pockets at all. My question is do we pay the loan back early to show our trustworthiness because we would like to utilize this option in the future or do we make the payments on the timeline until the end of the term so he can make his interest? What do you think.
