Good afternoon everyone! I am preapproved to cash out 180K for my investment property but my interest rate will increase to 4.63 and it will reset 30 years mortgage. It seems very high is there any other ways to take cash out with better deal? Thank you in advance!

Maurice, one of the lenders told me yesterday that my mortage in my primary home is too big! he said it's more than 50% of my paycheck. but he didn't really help me that much or give me any other advice to moved be able to purchase my next property. I have a pretty good APR on my mortgages so if I refinance my APR will go up. I am thinking of just selling my rental property and use the profit to purchase house in Las Vegas which could be a better cash flow.

Hi! BP community! any real investor that is willing to help, give me some advice, or mentor me. I have been trying to get a home or mortgage loan, and even a HELOC. For my third property, but its been very hard to get any loan. I currently live in Northridge, CA and have a good equity on my home and my rental income. Some lenders that I talked to said that I have a big mortgage on my home. I am trying to get some type of loan for a rental property in Las Vegas.

Marcia, Yes that is a correct statement 4.1 interest for HELOC. Thanks for the honest comment. Houses in Vegas is much cheaper than my area. In addition, rental income should be able to cover my loan. What do you suggest do I need to do to leverage my home equity?

Hi! BP community! I was wondering how to get a good interest on HELOC? I am debating if I apply now or wait for a few more months to get a better interest rate. I currently have 3.75 on my mortgage rate but If I would get a on HELOC on this Bank my APR would go up to 4.1 percent. Does your credit score make a difference when getting a good APR? Would this be worth buying another property for a higher APR rate on my house? My intent is to use this money purchase a rental property in Las Vegas( either buying a turn key home or even fixer upper). Thank you in advance for your help!

It may be worth your time to get this corrected depending on what your future plans are for your home.

Matthew! thank you for the information!

In them meantime you could be paid a visit by a building inspector and get hit with a fine.

 Thank you!
