I have little to no equity to get started in real estate. I wanted to know if this could be a possibility. I would like to find someone who would put up the cost of getting the house and the cost of material to repair. I can do all the repairs myself. I have 10+ years on construction knowledge. I have knowledge in electricity and plumbing. I have done it all. We can split the profits 50/50. Have you heard of a deal like this?

I'm 36 and new to REI. I have about 10 years of construction ability and tools to go along with that experience. I have about 50k tied up in crypto that I don't want to touch. I wanted to know if there is still away to get into real estate investing without having to pull out my money of crypto. I'm open to suggestions and even partnering up with someone. I'm a civil engineer by trade now and willing tonput in sweat equity. I'm in Maryland area and need to stay in this area for work. Looking forward to your responses!

I'm just getting started in REI and I had a question about the 203k loan. Can you use this loan to buy a house at auction? If so can you provide some additional information that could help me pursue this avenue. Right now I'm in the market of Maryland which has been very competitive market. Thanks in advance.
