L am looking to take the next step into str. my wife and I are avid skiers and love the outdoors, looking to do cabins or urts near state parks and ski resorts. any help would be welcomed. also like working with mentors. love Montana and Colorado

no not doing anything un ethical just trying to find the balance. My wife and 8 have full time jobs, we flip houses, and build custom cabinets on side. So trying to get loans to buy rentals and run into same road block everytime 

Accountant is paid to hide my income banks tell me they won't lend because of ratio. How do I get around this

Hello fellow bp members. Im asking for a little help on butting a system together. A little history i am on third house flip 2 and brrrrr the other one. I also work a full time job looking to for some help creating a system that works with this . I precently dont have alot of time to find deals. Any and all guidence is welcomed. I am coming from the contractor side. I got my start this way. I teamed up with the money side and i do all the work. We split 50/50 when it sold.we r on the 3rd flip now and as long as we continue to communicate well we will keep going.
