We've used CubiCasa to generate floor plans. Affordable and easy to use. Not sure if its AI based, but it is effective.

Best wishes to you.

A caution before taking action. Your description of the situation suggests that your tenant's recent issues MAY be a result of her disability. If so, non-renewing her, without first attempting to reasonably accommodate her disabilities MAY be illegal. Perhaps others on BP may have more insight into this than I do.

Best wishes to you and your tenant.

We LTR and MTR in Burlington County. After being LTR landlords for 18 months, we purchased @Al Williamson's coaching program. Worth every penny and we'd strongly recommend it.

We now own and manage 4 LTRs, 3 MTRs and we're renovating an 8th property to put into service in a few months.

Best wishes to you.

We have MTRs in Burlington County, NJ. Our experience tells us a B neighborhood is the minimum for a successful MTR and even then, a lot of hustle is required to be successful.
