You may have to replace the A/C or at lease do a pull and clean on the evaporator coil and blower wheel  then run the ozone generator into the duct-work.

You can try Habitat For Humanity they sell a broad range of recycled stuff.I shop at Home Depot except for specialty items . My HVAC-R equipment comes from a trade simplified supply house. I like all my breakers cheep and readly available, HD again .Most plumbing at HD Appliances depends on the neighborhood maybe none maybe Craigs list . But then I am an appliance tech as well. You can offer the dwelling with or w/o them

OK now i understand better. Well, it is doable but tricky the magic # is turn it for a profit in 90 days or it can bury you . A remodel 3-2 chk a/c ,heat, plumbing ,electric,walls ,drywall, ceiling popcorn knockdown ,$$$ windows,doors, garage door,interior & exterior paint ,molding, fascia ,roof, landscaping, pool, pool-heater, sprinkler system, well,septic or city,appliances, trash, demolition, duct work, termites, floor, MTG & ins, ...what will you do what will you hire out . House has to be below wholesale, put a for-sale sine outside and get your crew working, you got 2-3 weeks. If an opportunity for profit comes along before you are done sell it .

I remember feeling your pain.Call on the bandit sines in your area you will find what you are looking for. talk to the investor for more info , be creative. Dont stop at one investor call them all. I am working the probate angel to wholesale and build cash for buy and hold.I am also developing my letter and contract with an exit tragity.
