Thank you Paul! Great advice! I've already read the Beginner's Guide, and I agree that it's a great and unbiased book. I will definitely listen to the podcasts and buy the books you recommend. I have already looked at REIAs and will try to attend as many as i can. Appreciate the info!

My name is Muju Hussain, and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I just started my own company with my two other friends, and we are in business for rehabbing properties and buying and holding properties. Currently, I work as a Sales Engineer for a Business Intelligence Software company, but eventually I want to leave my full time job for a career in Real Estate. I worked as a part-time real estate agent for a year. I absolutely love real estate, and I feel like this website is a great place to meet individuals and learn a lot from each other by sharing knowledge, and I am hoping to learn a lot from you all by networking with you and hopefully build business with you. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments you may have for me as I am familiarizing myself with this website and getting to know as many of you as I can. Thank you!
