I am purchasing 12.5 Acres of land and I am looking to build an RV park. I have the site plan for it and the numbers for building but I am not sure who I could use for financing that type of loan. I have used hard money lenders for Single and multi family units but I have never tried to get a loan to build something from ground up like this. Any suggestions on a lender for this type of project?

Yes I already had the appraisal done, the lender just is not lending on 30 year cash out refi right now. Do yall know any lenders that still are?

Is anyone else having issues doing cash out refi on 30 years right now? I have 4 properties and one was already underway in the refi process and my current lender said they have pressed pause on doing nay 30 year cash out refi right now.
