Loan for Building RV Park

Rebecca Beam
Posted

I am purchasing 12.5 Acres of land and I am looking to build an RV park. I have the site plan for it and the numbers for building but I am not sure who I could use for financing that type of loan. I have used hard money lenders for Single and multi family units but I have never tried to get a loan to build something from ground up like this. Any suggestions on a lender for this type of project?

@Rebecca Beam

Have you reached out to any local banks or credit unions? I would start contacting local institutions within a 45 minute to 1 hour drive of the property. They might have some interesting programs for new commercial construction.
