It was just a thought I had. I really agree with you on this statement "Only the deal matters. " that's my point as long as the deal work it works. My company actually do in house flips Nation wide.

If people think it's smart to work with retail brokerages. Isn't it safe to say it's smart to work with wholesale brokerages? People who are actively involved in real estate investing everyday. Proven formulas that work more often than not. Things will go wrong every now and again anyway in investing. That doesn't mean that the brokerages suck. It's life it's investing it's real estate. If it went bad it was going to go bad regardless if you found the property on your own or not. So why not cut down that risk with a group that dedicate there life to helping minimizing your risk? There is a difference from a wholesaler and Investment Consultant!
