@Chase Cannon Thanks for sharing this information! I have about 75K that will soon be in SDIRA, who did you work with in Indy? I'd love to connect to learn more about how this will help us.
Will look up Nonrecourse loans, new term for me.
and your set "rate,"
you decided on this?

@Wayne Brooks I put in the post that he wants/needs to sell for personal reasons. He wants the most bang for his buck.

@Account Closed Thanks for these wise words as they have stuck with me as I enter this journey. We are dealing with this now with a property we are interested in. So, would you say to wholesale/sell to an investor? atleast to get something out of the deal. what do you mean by "dump it"?

interesting. OK thanks, but that doesn't save him as much money as if he found a wholesaler that could flip it right? He's ok with getting 135-140K back... wouldn't a wholesaler be able to do that in the area (givin comparable comps) and even if they tagged a low fee, wouldn't that still be saving him more money than getting another loan? @Tim Herman

Hi! New to flipping and heard from a very seasoned flipper, that his biggest investor uses their retirement account only.
I’ve read some things but do not quite understand how one can do this with no penalties. Can someone tell me the actual steps?
lastly, could I use my personal retirement account to invest in our LLC flipping?
