I would disagree for Wisconsin

We had over 680 sheriff property for sales in 30 days
‘ for sale not purchase “

inner city has a lot of foreclosure

nicer smaller communities our filled
with houses for sale over 2 years on MLS

a lot of property inventory ( Wisconsin region )

Plenty apartment bldgs with “ for rent “

I agree with everyone

Hud should credit you more than $500 to resolve issue

Good jobs taking photos from the start

TV4 // TV6 just run a special this past weekend

Topic property missing plumbing,, ac units ,, etc

Otherwise steal vital components from foreclose properties

Supposedly county of Milwaukee our going after
original / new property owners for code violations

While banks ,, government just keep on going

Heck just in last 30 days alone over 680 sheriff sales

Lastly, I would suggest placing
temporary alarm system while rehabbing

That way your new components stay attach

Better to be safe then sorry
