Currently in search of a loan processor to process hard money loan applications. Primary responsibility will be to contact applicants who contact us via our website and other marketing, and then qualify them/gather additional information and then submit the application to our Lender/partner. Ideal candidate must be able to process at least 20 loan per month (possibly more).
Compensation: Negotiable
Other Duties:
-Follow up with leads that come in and manage them
-Weekly conference call
-Maintain records of files
Timeframe: Long term

I'm currently seeking an experienced private lender or group to work with that can fund residential deals for investors that I know and can bring in. I'm based out of Richmond VA and have a background in marketing (lead generation) with a website prepped and ready to go. I've also passed the NMLS test but haven't applied for any states yet.
