Agreed with Lexie/Maggie. I'd recommend "Wordfence" plugin. Don't let your site get hacked. Its not fun at all and can take serious hours to get your site back up....IF your lucky enough to get it back again

I have a owner that is about $5k behind on his mortgage and is interested in having somebody take over his mortgage. He is about 45 minutes outside of Chicago (city) in Lockport. I just took over about 150 units (SFR, Duplexes, Apartment, etc) as a property manager in Colonial Heights, Petersburg, and Hopewell recently and am wondering if there are any investors interested in these areas? Prior to this I have been focusing on Richmond, Virginia and other active markets, so my buyers list out here is smaller. Many of the owners have repairs that they can't make or just want to sell in general. Some units have good paying tenants while others are vacant.
