recently I found a property retail for 37k but needs about 5k in repair, I inquire into this program from the foreclosure agent but was told there are no more 203k loan, there is 203D loan here in the Houston, Texas area. Please set me straight on this, please.

Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am. Hope this helps y

thank you all ! I am new to rehabbing, yes I will research for additional information so that I will learn it well. I currently am listening to all 69 radio pods whereby I am also learning from you all. Is there any of this information currently available in Spanish also?
