Hello all my name is Renee from Dallas, Texas I'm currently going to school to receive my brokers license I'm current wholesaling properties to get my feet wet, and can't seem to locate Texas state approved contracts to successfully complete a wholesale deal. Any resources would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all my name is Renee from Dallas, Texas seeking professional investors in the DFW area. I'm currently going to school to obtain my Brokers license and wanted to get my feet wet by starting off wholesaling. My question for all investors is, Are there specific areas in the dallas area you are not comfortable with buying a property? What do u like to hear from the person that presents a deal to you that makes you comfortable with moving forward in this process?. Any information would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
