@Raymond B.

Thanks for the helpful post.

It's kind of hard to see all the names by scrolling down as it closes the window on my when I try this.

I'm using chrome so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

@troysheets.

how much beer did you get?

Hello all.

I'm from florida.

I'm going to be assisting my cousin in marketing his real estate investing business.

I'm really excited to find this community as I believe from looking around that this is the place to meet peopl who are serious about making investments in real estate.

I hope we have many lucrative partnerships here.

Thanks for having me.

Mr. Rude

Hi-

I was reading in the forum rules and the upgrade page about forum signatures.

Is it only in the pro account that we can have a signature that has our email and website?

I'm confused because the upgrade page says that even the plus (paid) account you only get a basic signature the same as the free accounts.

Then in the forum rules page it says that after 10 posts you will be able to create a signature.

I guess I just don't understand the difference between the basic and enhanced forum signatures.

Can someone please explain this to me? Thanks.

It just seems funny that even someone paying $120 yr to be an upgraded member gets the same signature type as a free member.
