Welcome Caryll,
Nice to have you on board. I just joined tonight and can't believe the resources on this forum and this site. I think hands down this site is #1 for real estate investors networking and sharing with each other.
Do you mind sharing how you got into bulk reo's in your local area? Actually, for that matter, how can one enter this market in any area? This site is certainly a place where a newbie can learn about bulk reo's but I am not sure yet if there is enough info on how one would enter the field.

Welcome. I am up here in Vancouver, Washington. Moved up from California Oct. 07 and love it up this way.
I think you are moving in the right direction by learning about reo investing. Your background in lending will be helpful for sure. At least you have the terminology and can crunch numbers and understand various financing options. Albeit you will learn more of those as you pursue this career.

Long and Short:
Currently reside in WASH State near Vancouver.
Lic. Broker in CA and Wash.
Licensed General Contractor in Washington.
I have taken Alexis course at foreclosures[dot]com not the hands on course but the one that is sent in a binder for home study. Also, studied from others as well.
