I currently own several rental properties. Single family homes, multifamily and commercial. I looked into some senior living properties previously and using advice from this forum decided against it. I now have the opportunity to purchase a much larger project that would include a substantial renovation. I have a partner currently but would need to raise additional funds. We have looked at sites like Fundrise and EquityMultiple. Have any of you used any sites like these to raise funds? Pros? Cons? Look forward to hearing your feedback.

Thanks for your reply @Shain Ismailovski, I will definitely look Brandon up. I'm pretty happy with my current portfolio. But just looking for ways to diversify. Very good points that you brought up though.

I have several rental properties that I currently manage and recently spoke to a friend of mine who is investing in senior living apartments. Anyone have experience renting senior living apartments. Pros/Cons?
