@Chavel Diaz Jr I attended Marilyn Pinto's 4 week wholesaling classes last month. She knows her stuff and the training provides the nuts and bolts of wholesaling. This training is great for beginners. I think its worth the nominal fee she charges.

@Chase Hayden I agree with @Eric Tait . Attending the LU expo will be a valuable experience. You will meet alot of industry vendors and investors. As a new investor, you want to meet as many people as you can to build your buyers list and to let people know what you're doing in your business.

I don't think the LU expo will be a waste of your time. If you attend, let us know your thoughts on BP.
