Thanks, everyone. @Andrew Angerer Honestly we were skeptical about the neighborhood. It was only 1 of 8 houses on a cul-de-sac road, two of the neighbors' homes at the time had a number of unregistered vehicles in their yards. The property also came with private beach rights as well, making a perfect Cape Cod home for the price. We got pretty lucky, to be honest.
Next steps have been looking into finding a single family rental as my area is saturated!

Sale price: $351,000
This was our first flip that has a classic do and learn the process to it. More or less a gem that spoiled us and made us hungry for more!
